Dr. Collin Struble utilizes a unique and specific method of adjustment called the Blair Upper Cervical Technique. He is one of only two chiropractors in the state of Idaho who is skilled in this technique (the other is in Post Falls, where he first practiced).  He has seen such amazing results with this technique that he wanted to bring its benefits to Boise, Idaho.

What is Blair and how could it benefit you?  This scientific technique specializes in the upper neck region of the spine, which is comprised of the C1 and C2 vertebrae.  The atlas or C1 vertebra is the most important segment of your spine.  This segment houses and protects the brain stem which contains over 3 trillion nerves.  The brain stem controls and coordinates virtually all of your body's vital functions.  When the C1 misaligns it can put pressure on the brain stem and nerves causing dysfunction to the rest of the body.  This can be compared to pinching a garden hose off at the faucet.  This pressure on the brain stem causes issues throughout the body from migraine headaches down to low back pain.  By realigning the atlas, the pressure is taken off of the brain stem allowing the body to function at its full potential. It addresses many issues that you wouldn't even think to relate to the neck and spine, like migraines, tingling in the extremeties, sciatica, as well as issues with your vital organs.  Dr. Struble utilizes a special Blair adjustment drop table, as well as other tools for this very precise adjustment.

But he doesn't stop there. Dr. Struble is also trained, holds certifications and utilizes many other complimentary and effective techniques including:

•    Diversified
•    Gonstead
•    Thompson
•    Activator
•    Nimmo
•    Extremity Adjustments

Dr. Struble believes that the body experiences enough trauma in just our daily activites, so he opts to minimize further impact on the body.  To achieve results, he utilizes high-low drop tables with low force adjustments, and supplements with traction tables, resting tables, and other products for healing results.

If you’ve been to a chiropractor before and prefer to be adjusted in a particular way, let us know. We want you to relax, enjoy, and fully benefit from your chiropractic care.
